eBay Plus retention voucher not issued.

Whilst cancelling eBay Plus I was offered a $30 Gift card to stay.

I accepted, then 10 days later (as my previous sub expired) I was charged $49. All good so far.

The Offer stated "up to 14 days for the Electronic Gift Card to be issued"

Well we are sell beyond the 14 Days since my CC was charged

Three Live Chats plus another Phone call chat  - all same the same thing. We have escalated it. Please wait. No time frame. no idea when it will be issued.

Four days and counting.

Why doesn't eBay have an Australian Complaints line?

I’m in exactly the same position also in Australia have you had any success in resolution ? this Is unacceptable for such a large organisation and totally false advertising 

how do we resolve…. Any one?
