ebay appears to be sending out Performance warnings.

Apparently the staff live in a bubble, as most people are well and truly aware of the current financial situation of the Australian economy.

Or how the performance warning is about the state of the economy 

More likely the performance warning is about your poor feedback, and the consequences of getting any more/and or failing to improve acting when your buyers have issues

must be only going to ebay sellers with poor performance, maybe unresolved disputes or other poor sales metrics.
