how do I stop account name suggestions from appearing in the e-bay sign-in area? Windows 8 op system

When I sign in to my e-bay account name suggestions appear in several drop down boxes as I type in my account name. I wish to stop this from happening and not be prompted by any previous account entries. In other words I wish no previous account details to be remembered.

My operating system in Windows 8.
