how to block pop ups?

 I, don't remember saying that you could put these BLOODY annoying pop ups on my computer screen.

I've asked you before how to block them with no response from you (RUDE).

I did manage to stop them once, however they are back & they can't be blocked by anyway that I can find.

Are they a virus??

Please reply with instuctions on how to stop them.
