I have a problem with a seller who will not give me a refund for an item that did not meet the description, ordered October17 many requesta madw for refund, How to proceed? Chris Cowley

Unfortunately many trust that sellers are being helpful just because they reply to problem messages.
In most cases the seller is trying to help however there are some sh&% sellers that will make you wait till it is past the time to open a dispute with delay tactics.
If you paid with bank dep then there is nothing you can really do.
If you paid with paypal then go to the purchase in your paypal account and open a dispute to get your refund.
You may have to return the item to get the refund so as suggested apply to get the return postage reimburse.
