i am not getting ebay emails for saved searches and from ebay members....

I have been getting emails from ebay for years  then the saved searches stopped  and the emails from sellers have now stopped/     Spoke to "ROBOT"  after about 15 minutes got onto a person did what they suggested  still no emails.  Dont really want another round with the robot to get to a person. Any suggestions.  Have checked junk email files   my email has not  changed.

There are multiple threads posted on these boards at the moment, concerning the same issue of eBay emails suddenly having surceased. 

Clearly, though, it’s not occurring across the board.

To me, this points to a systemic failure from bad or conflicting code which has been added. Because it’s not universal, it will be harder to isolate the cause. Unless eBay’s IT department are instructed to look for and fix this, and to do this as a priority, it will probably not be attended to, at least not immediately.

If enough people complain relentlessly directly to eBay, there may be some movement, but it really comes down to priorities as per the mind of eBay management.

Not all sellers send emails, however an interim fix is to look in your eBay messages. Any email you get from a seller will also be in Messages.

Exact thing happening to me right now, 27/7/2024 ..was on live chat for 45 minutes....and they eventually admitted it is an Ebay bug and they are "working to resolve it asap"
