open a second account

Can anyone advise how to open a second account using the same paypal acct and credit card?

Go to the eBay login page. Instead of logging in, select "register" on the same page and follow the prompts.

You will need a separate email address for any new eBay account but can link that email (and new eBay account) to your existing Paypal a/c via the Profile tab on Paypal's summary page.

You just need to create a new ID but you will need a new email address for each ebay account you have and then you add that email address to your existing paypal account.
