If it is eBay plus membership, then I don't think they have a monthly option only yearly payment.

Originaly it was an annual sub, but the option of monthly payment was introduced quite a way back.

I presume you are referring to ebay plus,   Not sure if you can change it in your account.

Maybe contact  CS via live chat, and see if they can do it for you, or at least advise you how.
