Almost any issue you have can be solved within eBay.

Failing that, detail your problem, without using names, and other members will give you more accurate answers than eBay's employees can or will.

You could have added/asked other members in your post and had a factual reply by now

Often when someone ask for eBay's phone number (that does not exist) is something to do with their funds being on hold dues to either not signing up for Managed Payments, or because they have not sold enough recently and eBay consider them a 'new' seller

Or do you have an issue with a problem buyer?

Or have you bought something and have an issue with the seller?

Or a technical issue you actually do need to contact eBay about?
