IF you are getting a message you need to pay for something, other buyers and sellers can not tell you why with no details
Is it a real request for money and not a phising scam?
Have you bought something and not paid?
Have you got a payment due for selling fees (such as the item you sold on July 10th that you would need to pay selling and postage an Paypal fees for)?
Keep in mind your money from that sale will be on a 21 day hold as you are a new seller
Are you an eBay Plus member and that payment is due?
