we brought "12 pcs white goose feather badminton sport shuttlecocks" on 05/10/21 but we do not receipt any item untill  now . and we try to contact the seller but he did not answer my email . so what should i do?

You should read the eBay Money Back Guarantee on the listing...; and use it.

And perhaps the times within cases are a little longer as eBay have extended them due to Covid.

When you open a case, sellers have to reply within 4 days. If they don't, you can ask eBay to step in (it is not automatic, you have to actually ask them, so don't forget).
