why does ebay allow chinese scammers?

Anybody else sick of looking for an item, only to find Chinese **bleep**, so you enter your Country in Search settings, but as the Chinese have lied and they say they are Australian Sellers, they all pop up still? "AUSTRALIA ONLY" does not niclude China...

I have contacted ebay staff and even they have the same issue. 

I have asked that the Chinese should have to state that they have a Warehouse in Australia and to not lie and state they are Aussie Sellers, using Australia Post. 

I have reported a million profiles and items, and read the negative feedback on most of their profiles. 

Something needs to be done before China takes over the world.

Well, let me begin by saying, Asians have been proven to be the cleverest of all the races. So, they can always manage to find some way to manipulate the system. Ebay would not have the time or resources to police everyone, after all their main role is to bring buyers and sellers together. I buy from China all the time, and overall I have very few problems, most things arrive and are well packed. Occasionally I have had an item not arrive and the seller's are quick to refund when told, (always politely) without any further action by me.  One told me that their postal system was hopeless, so it may not always be the seller's fault. All round, I have found Chinese sellers to mostly try very hard.  That being said, I only buy cheap items, and some things I would not buy, such as electrical goods, phones, cameras, or expensive items, or designer items which would probably be fake. I do try to pick the seller who has the best possible feedback if there are several selling the same thing.  I have a few Chinese sellers that I return to on a regular basis. So I would suggest that maybe it is the type of items you are buying. You seem to have had some bad luck, yet I do not see you leaving any negative feedback for anyone. I have bought all sorts of things over many years, in fact it is rare if I am not expecting at least one thing from China at any one time. I am awaiting a watch band at the moment.  I had fabric and printable dvds arrive last week.
