why is it so difficult to contact a staff member from ebay?

why is there not a direct email or phone number that i dont need to click 6 diffrent areas to not be given a phone number. why am i being told what my question is. with the fees i pay i should be able to have direct contact with ebay when an issue arises.

You may benefit from an an anger management course, you have come to the boards being very abrupt and rude both in this thread and your thread on the selling board.

 

We are not eBay, we are volunteers who try to assist with issues members are having, coming here and ranting at us will not help.
