If you do not want to use the micro deposit account verification system, which is recognized world wide and even used by paypal, don't.   You should be able to bypass the system by selecting my bank is not listed, or similar, and you will then have to find an alternative method of verification.  Proof of account document, downloaded from your bank should suffice.   From memory documents must be current, no more than 3 months old.

The micro deposit system is the quickest and easiest,  the password is not stored and is only used for the deposit and automated withdrawl,  and if you are really concerned about the security, simply change the password once the verification is completed.

Don't enter your password and continue without entering it.

Then you can complete the set up.
