What can I do if the article I bought had misleading information?

1. I bought a part for my vehicle due to the advertisement stating that it fit both Turbo and non-turbo models. Took my car to mechanic to have it fitted, wrong part. Turbo and non-turbo models require different parts! When I approached the seller, they basically implied that it was MY error. What steps can I take to rectify the situation??

Has the item been altered in any way?

If yes & no I would open a case for Item Not As Described.

I've noticed they have since changed their listing 🙄 but I take screenshots of ALL my purchases. You just never know! 😉 I'll go see if I can find how to open that!?? 🤷 Lol
