Business Account on hold payments

Just started a business account and my first sales has gone through but eBay is holding onto my payments because it can't verify my details. I keep on uploading the required documents and still nothing. How can I fix this if I can't get a hold of anyone that can help me? I have a customer waiting for their order. eBay needs to step up their game and help fix this

Note: Please be aware that once you've upgraded your personal account to a business account, it won't be possible to revert back to a personal account.

I remember seeing that too, some time in years gone by, but it was shown to be a furphy

I looked at the multiple accounts policy and it's not mentioned  there that you can only have a second business account

A seller on a different forum asked if they could change a business account to a peronal account and this was  the answer from a pro mentor in July

"I'm afraid it's not possible to convert a business account into a Private one.

You will have to open a new Private account if you now wish to sell only used, personal items"

It was on a UK forum where they're strict  with business accounts so that's why  Used, Personal items 

would be mentioned
