Just started a business account and my first sales has gone through but eBay is holding onto my payments because it can't verify my details. I keep on uploading the required documents and still nothing. How can I fix this if I can't get a hold of anyone that can help me? I have a customer waiting for their order. eBay needs to step up their game and help fix this

Firstly end all your listings until you get your account verified or you will never see any money.
Secondly you should never have opened a Business Account, once you do that you can never revert to an ordinary selling account.
Edit . use the link below to read up ALL about selling.

From memory your bank account will also need to be a business account.
As padi said, there is no going back

" I have a customer waiting for their order. eBay needs to step up their game and help fix this"
It may be a good idea for you to cancel the transaction until you've read everything that you should have read , before you listed your items.
As a new seller, your payments will be on a 30 day hold
But when you have a buyer, you'll need to post their item as quickly as possible.
So if you end your current listings and successfully manage to register , do not write this in your listings.
Allow 5 - 10 Days Post out
Most Likely itโs 2-3 Days
5 - 10 Days Shipping & Handling - No Payments are Instant for Sellers
: Allow 1-2 Days before Your Money Clears to Sellers

As casey has pointed out, your listing terms are not compatible with ebays policies and therefore are for the most part meaningless.
You are required operate in accordance with the ebay policies, not try to make up your own rules.
Your sold item has a 5 day handling time, that you are required to meet, you do not get to wait to receive your funds first.
Uhhm, it is not ebay that needs to lift their game.

eBay do not need to step up their game
You need to know what you are doing
Why would you try to sell anything without meeting your obligations as a seller first
That is
Fully completing sign up to Managed Payments and being verified to sell before doing anything else
You cannot make the buyer wait, you must post within the handling time
And you absolutely cannot tell buyers not to open a case if a case is required
You cannot tell buyers they have to wait until the money clears
Even if you did do what you were required to do, your funds will be on hold for 30 days as a new seller

Do you have a business bank account ?
Or do you plan on opening a business bank account ?
If your answer to both questions is no, then you won't receive payment for your sold item.
In which case I suggest you apologise to the buyer and cancel the transaction. The buyer will be refunded.

As already advised, end your current listings before the same thing happens again

Read up on everything you need to know about registration and selling on eBay ......and start afresh.

I canโt find a link to support this - but I do seem to recall reading (in the boards) that once someone has made their eBay account a business account, any additional eBay account they create for selling must also be a business account.
I canโt confirm this, and frankly it seems ridiculous, as in effect it would appear to bar a person with an eBay business from being able to separate selling as an individual from selling as their business activity.
Can anyone confirm or refute?

I don't recall seeing that one Countess, and it does seem ridiculous to demand that for other new accounts.
Aside from that the OP doesn't seem interested in implementing the information given by various members here.
Hmmm, "Hoist By Their Own Petard" comes to mind..............
