How do I cancel a postage invoice as my buyer decided to collect instead?

Hello Ebay/anyone,

How do I cancel an invoice with postage as the buyer decided he would like to pick up instead for which I am ok with.  This is so I don't pay a fee on the postage amount that I did not receive.

If you've sent an invoice already then you'll have been charged fees on the postage already, even if they haven't paid.

Edit:  You can re-issue the invoice but that won't cancel the fees you've already paid on postage.  You'll have to ring ebay but I daresay they'll want proof that the person collected it and you didn't post it.

Re-send an invoice with 0.00 in the postage section.

Call eBay to get a fee credit, they will be able to see the messages of arranging collection from your buyer.
