If you use the postage label that eBay provides does that mean you also pay for the postage via eBay

^^

If you use the postage label that eBay provides does that mean you also pay for the postage via eBay?

Sorry, this is the first thing I've sold on eBay lol.

Yes, If you generate a postage label via ebay, then the postage charge is added to your ebay fees and will be due at the end of your billing period.

Just to clarify, you pay the postage in eBay but that's all.

You will also get a small discount on the postage cost for printing your own labels.

Not necessarily.

Rural appears to be the same as AP, and the others are a mere 30c.

But the OP still needs to provide a satchel. I'm not sure of how AP treat the use of non-eBay branded satchels, but the eBay ones have to be bought in 5-pack minima, whereas the AP ones can be bought over the counter in singles. They're not the MyPost ones, but a bit of sticky tape fixes that and they definitely go through their system okay.

I don't get any discount as it it works out to 25 cents for each satchel and $8.95 for postage so $9.20 all up if

I choose eBay or AP.

Which means I now use AP as that is now easier to use.good.gif
