Just signed up to Ebay and says account is restricted and I cant purchase item that I have in my cart.
After adding in credit card details and shipping details it gives an error message that account is restricted???
Tried to do online chat with Ebay and says 1 minute in queue but sitting in queue for ages and no response
No email from Ebay as to why account restricted, honestly Amazon is much easier!!

have you tried contacting seller to see if they have 'blocks' in place?

Hi padi... do you see where it says "block buyers who are currently winning or have bought" etc?
It does not apply to all those with 0 feedback.
That option was available when the Dead Sea was only sick & many a seller has misread it.

Thanks all for your helpful advice, Ebay contacted me and advised it was because I hadn't set up my payment details in my account settings.
When I set up the account I didn't get instructions to do this, my error. All fixed now.
