PAYMENT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 21 DAYS

Sold an item and ebay has said that my funds have been ok's to be released within 24 hrs over a week ago, and still nothing. some help would be greatly appreciated

Contact PayPal.

They often release funds, even earlier than 21 days if the following 3 can be shown.

1. Item marked as posted in eBay.

2. Online tracking shows delivered.

3. Buyer has left positive feedback.

Thanks for the reply, ive contacted Paypal and they have no record of a payment being on hold in my account.
