Hi, has anyone got a phone number to speak to a human at ebay? There customer service is non-existent and I'm sick of dealing with bots. Thanks,

Re: eBay Customer Service

There is no phone number

If you are sick of dealing with bots, you are welcome to post your question here, and get factual advice from fellow, human members

I don't think you would want eBay seeing the false positive you gave in any case

Leaving green ticks with neg words is a breach of feedback policy and will result in your account being pinged if the buyer reports it, or the eBay bots pick up on it

It is also pointless since nobody but you and the buyer has a clue who you are talking about since nobody outside the transaction see the buyer's username

Go to eBay Help at the top of the page and when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to a supervisor.

But as already advised, you may get better help here.

"DO NOT SELLER TO THIS BUYER! THEY CLAIM ITEMS AS BROKEN AND THEN DO NOT RETURN SAME"

Is this what you need help with ?

A brand new  $1500   iPhone ?

Did the buyer send a different item back to you ?

If this is true and  yes I know  it's against the rules,  but sellers of high priced items will appreciate the warning in your feedback left , if they have to deal with the buyer.

IF the sellers take the time and effort to ascertain who the buyer is, given it's not an easy task.

Re: eBay Customer Service

You would have needed to open and follow through with an item not received dispute within the time limit

(being 30 days at the most past the last estimated delivery date)

Otherwise you are not covered by the eBay MBG

No need to phone eBay (the topic of this thread) to open a dispute

What was the estimated delivery date?

Where is the seller registered and what is there feedback as a seller like?

Re: eBay Customer Service

If you've left it too late to  file a dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you have 180 days from payment date  to file an 'item not received'  dispute  with Paypal,  if that's how you paid.

Or as a last resort, you could try a chargeback through your bank.
