About parcel details.

Hi,
I have purchased an item, paid for and the seller has posted and I get the following message in postage details.

"This parcel has been transferred to FEDKEB for delivery to the final destination #797866852246"

I have no idea what FEDKEB means or how to track the parcel using UPAAB000000047203236 that is provided.
It comes up with nothing.

The UPAA number given is NOT the Fedex tracking number , the # number IS ,although it is listed as the "destination number" , just use the number without the crosshatch on the fedex tracking site and you will find out all the info .,Found my item took 8 days to cross from the US to AUS but they held it in the sorting facility for 7days , no wonder stuff gets damaged and goes missing !!!
