The staff which I sell is very cheap (a middle price is $14 and nobody wants to pay extra $5 for tracking number. But when a buyer doesn't get an order - he applied for Resolution Centre for money back and... the Resolution Centre takes decision - as I didn't provide a tracking number - it's my fault and a buyer gets money ! What to do?!
Suck it up.
No proof of postage, no recourse.
Of course the buyer will win a dispute if you fail to provide tracking
You have no proof it was delivered and eBay will side with the buyer 100% of the time
Make tracking compulsory by including the cost in your listings.
