They supposed to deliver my parcel today at my shop but it shows on their tracking that delivery was unsuccessful because the shop closed. My business close at 6pm and delivery attempt was at 3 pm .
This is very poor customer service.

And yes I agree very poor service on a whole.
This has resulted in myself not ordering any more from ebay.
Maybe if ebay actually had support I could talk to I could tell them directly.
But they are going to continue to lose business because of PFL
You do know that feedback is public right?
eBay don't sell anything (so you cannot order anything from them),but you have almost a page of feedback from the past month as a buyer
eBay do have support to 'talk to' but it would be pointless for this
You don't have to use 'PFL' , especially given the number of warnings about them, so what is it you want eBay to do about your choice to use them exactly?
There are numerous complaints on the forum about them
Nothing other members here can do, the warning have been posted
People keep choosing to use them
Not sure 'victim' is the right word though
Have you complained to them about it? reported it?
