Who can tell me why aramex are so useless at delivering parcels that only have to travel 1 hour but take 2 weeks then end up at the wrong address?
You would probably have to ask Aramex, although I doubt you'll get an honest answer.
The key might be their prices.
You pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
I am not aware of any Aramex staff being a member here
