Asked to post to a different address

Hi please help,

I have been asked by a buyer to post items to a different name and address than the one provided by paypal.

I have read through the seller protection but am still having a hard time understanding it. Could someone please explain in simpler terms.

Is it a common request, how should i respond?

Only ever send items to the address provided by Paypal, otherwise you void your Seller Protection.

Contact the buyer, tell them to add the other address to their Paypal Account and choose that address when paying after you have sent them a new invoice.
