Is it possible that you made 2 attempts at payment.....one that completed and the other that was not completed? You are now getting reminders for the incomplete attempt.

eBay's system often sends emails when it hasn't auto updated yet.
Just ignore it if your payment has gone through.

This never happened to me, so I am not sure... Did you pay immediately or not? Maybe if you didn't pay immediately you are getting delayed emails asking you to pay. Sometimes emails are not delivered immediately.
