Any one have issues with C&S lately-tired of seeing 'Network connection error'?

Well after 20 odd calls 2 the help desk-the "Law of Call Centres" paid off. (if u keep calling eventually u will find someone with skills".

In short the 'email notifications'-my fave option was blocking the process-for the time being refrain-they r working on it-and u can process. I was stoked.

I was v. impressed with oz post they really want their system to work for us Kudos they r working hard on it and will have it patched shortly-hope this info has helped someone
