Does anyone know what the difference between them is? The other options are also numbered a lot, again not sure what the difference is.

I think it should be the numbering formed after setting this way by yourself with some minor adjustments. For example: including the set postage merge condition as #0; not including postage merge set as #1.

I have NFI what you're talking about. If you are talking postage rules, I don't use them. I use flat postage and bulk edit when prices change. I run blanket promotions, so combined postage doesn't work, and as a book seller, I get very few people buying multiple s of a particular titles. Maybe post your question in 'Selling' and hope thst d*g comes along.

Can't help. I don't use eBay postage - too expensive - but when I did I got specific types and carriers.

If you're talking setting up a listing, I use flat postage for everything. They all fit in various standard AP options. When prices go up, I just bulk edit to the new prices.
