You signed up to get the $15 voucher and in doing so agreed to pay the monthly fees
Only you can cancel
If you really did think it was an authorised payment, you would be reporting it to your bank, cancelling your card and reporting to eBay that your account has been compromised
Have you done those things, prior to posting on the member to member forum, wanting us to cancel for you?
