Can anybody tell me why you cannot upload Tracking Information to multiple items sent to the same

Can anybody tell me why you cannot upload Tracking Information to multiple items sent to the same person - with the increase of people buying and paying separately for multiple items (which I understand has to do with the mobile system).  I am not in the business of keeping Aust Post in profit and have no intention of sending each and every item as an individual post.  It can sometimes amount to 10-12 items.  With no tracking uploaded to these items this will obviously affect our ratings for 5 Star postage.

Any thoughts on what genius has instigated this?
