Can someone explain it to me. I have done-
- Purchased the satchels
- Signed up to click and send
- prepared my first item to send
However, it says on the satchel, order, pay post in red box, track online.done!
But i read that i still have to take the satchel to the post office to have it scanned for tracking?? Is this true??
I paid via paypal for the postage cost and printed up the labels
