Click and send HELP!!!!

So this is my first time using click and send and I have really been having some trouble! So after I create my item, fill in the form and click on Search available services, I get The system cannot find services for the transportation of content or options that you entered.

I have tried googling this problem and found one person asking the same thing but she was able to rectify the issue, however when I have tried doing the same thing it still does not work!

I have tried typing in the address myself etc etc, I really have no idea 😞

My only guess is that maybe there is a problem with the service and because it is a sunday, it hasn't been fixed?? Can anyone please help?
