Description of item and colour on Printing Label

Hi Folks - Hope everyone is well and safe.

I would like to ask if some one got a better idea of how to print item detail and colour on the Printing label?

1- Our ebay is linked to Australia Post Business account.

2-We import everything within the Australia post website and print the label from there.

3- We usually delete the item description etc as its not required on the printing label.

4- We print out the labels and manually write on the back on each label the colour and size or the item. 

5- Is there is a possibility to add the item details while its getting printed? i.e. 10 inch Black? or 10 Inch Samsung Black?

6-Can we add a keyword within SKU i.e. 10 Inch Samsung Black = 10SB? Or is there a better way?

I use the Optional,  "Your Reference"  Field.   Shows on label as   REF:  XYZ...

Very handy for making sure the right label goes on the right package.

There is a description box on the AP label, between the Dangerous Goods declaration and the postage options.

I would use that.
