If I see the Global Shipping Program as the postal service, if I am seriously interested I ask the seller (before bidding) if they would consider posting it themselves, and say why I'm asking:
GSP has extra fees built into the cost and won't combine items
PB can take it upon themselves not to ship any item, which can affect the seller
shipping is slow
To a seller, the system seems great, as they just ship the item locally and someone else does the work; only when they see they are losing custom will they stop using it.
