Excessive postage charges

Hi, I have received an item for which I paid $50.00 US for postage, the actual postage was $13.18 US. The seller said as he listed the postage at $50.00 he should not have to refund any of it, is there anything I can do to get him to refund some of the $36.82 US overcharge?

No there is not. You can however make your feeling known in feedback and by leaving low DSR stars. Thats what these facilities are there for.
