Flat rate postage on Box 4

Reading the forum and ebay, I see that flat rate postage on Box 4 (my favourite) is no longer available. Yet, when I click my way through to Australia Post's ebay store, flat rate postage for Box 4 is available at $15.05.

Is it available or not?

It is still available if you use the eBay postage labels but it is no longer available on C&S as a flat-rate option.
