For September, ebay offered 10 free shipping labels for selling pre-loved clothing.

I saw a banner on my ebay page offering me, as a seller, 10 free shipping labels for the month of September for selling pre-loved clothing.

I don't usually sell clothing on ebay.  So I decided to list a few items of pre-loved toddler clothing.  It sold with hours to go until this special finished.  It was my only clothing sale.  I go to select my free shipping label, but there was none - only priced ones.

The special did not stipulate anything about the clothing being for a certain age range.  I read it all before listing.  And it was very general.

Anyone know why it would not have worked for my sale?   and who can I contact about this? It seems impossible to speak to a human within ebay.   Not happy because I priced the clothing taking into account the free shipping label for myself.

Thanks to anyone who can shed some light for me...
