I analysed my sales (collectibles) and saw that in most of them the post shipping fee (which seller pays to ebay) equal to postage fee which is shown in listing and paid by buyer. Who should pay for handling? It is seller's responsibility and especially in individual items of collectibles and requires definite expenses (special box size, bubble and packing paper etc). How a seller can include it in a listing?

There is a seperate place to add handling costs when listing unless eBay have removed it.
I haven't used it for some time.
I include pack n handling in the postage cost, mention it in the listing and also write it on the parcel.
So if the AP sticker has - postage 14.00, I write underneath it - packing/handling 3.00 - registered - 3.00.
Buyer has paid 20.00 and the pack n handling usually includes 1 to 1.50 for ebay fee on postage.
For your items I would be using boxes from the supermarket, plenty of newspaper and bubblewrap is the only thing you need to pay for. I would also double box all items.
