Could you find out why I have not received my parcel at my address as according to your information on tracking, the parcel landed in Bundaberg on Sunday 23rd October and I have not heard from anybody.

If you have the tracking showing, contact the carrier to find out what is going on.
If it is AP, have you checked at the local PO?
