Have not receiving my tracked item? and tracking tells me nothing...

Hey guys,

Hoping someone can help, or advise me on the best way to go about this.

 

I bought an item overseas (some blueberry seeds), and paid on the 1st of November and have an estimated delivery of November 15 - November 27.

 

The item is also tracked by UPS (I think) weird thing is there is THREE tracking numbers provided for only one item, and only one of those tracking numbers has shipping details attached. The last update was on the 5th of November stating: Processing at US Shipping Center, Nov-05-12, 23:34 PM, Erlanger

 

And that is the last I heard. I've tried putting the number into the UPS website (and a few others as well) but am getting nothing at all.

 

Have contacted the seller, who is speaking with me, but unfortunately he/she is seeing the same that I am, so can't provide me with any answers.  

 

I don't want to open a dispute just yet, as I beleive the seller has posted them and is genuine, but I don't want to just sit on my hands and wait.

 

Does anyone have a pro-tip as to where I might look, or if they have had this problem before?

 

Really apprciate any help, I've gone through a few pages but could not find any questions directly relating to mine 😞

They could be in customs as a lot of stuff is not permitted in to Australia and seeds is one of them.

Have you checked to see if that is where they are?
