Why can't you contact AP? eBay neither knows nor cares that your parcel allegedly hasn't moved. Nor can they do anythng about it. I have had 2 parcels this month with scans showing as at a depot. Both were actually delivered. Talk to AP

Why not read the response you already had? the call center has been closed for over three years, as said, eBay have no idea why Australia Post is not doing their job, what do you expect they would do if you did call them?
