Hi all.  I purchased some small items from the UK on 4th March.  I know it takes a while to get to Oz but it has been just over 5 weeks now. Anyone know if there have been any hold ups with mail coming from the UK?

As already suggested, I open a case just before 45 day deadline and message seller explaining it's just not to miss the deadline. Then that gives another 20 days for the item to arrive.

If it doesn't escalate to claim to obtain refund and should it arrive after refund given (and as described), simply re-pay using PayPal.
