if i were to buy prepaid satchels and write address on them and sen would i still get that extra fee i am getting now thanks

Yes.

You get charged on the total transaction - item cost PLUS postage.

Unless you bought significant amounts of prepaid satchels, eBay labels would be cheaper. If you have the volume, which you don't appear to have (or even enough to warrant a store), Australia Post MyPost Business could be even cheaper.

eBay have been charging FVFs on the total transaction for SIX years. You've been a member for a lot longer than that, why the sudden lightbulb?
