Yes I have been caught several times because ebay has added postal cost without knowing dimension or weight of parcel. Have requested winners not to pay until correct postage has been given but some are quick to pay and I am out of pocket. It all depends on the post code and you dont know that until after the auction. CAN EBAY NOT ADD COSTS TO INVOICES.
When you do a listing you can add a postage calculator to the listing that has the dimensions, weight and your postcode and then the buyer can enter their postcode to find out what the postage costs will be and from there if they are happy with the cost they can buy now or place a bid.
Then if they win they will be charged what ever showed on the postage calculator.
