The purchase was sent to NQ instead of Tsmania. The seller expects me to onforward it at my expence. He has admitted that he sent it to the wrong address and he won't respond to messages
No matter whether the item was large or small, Q to Tas would be costly, It is beyond unprofessional to expect a buyer to cover the cost of their mistake.
Open a dispute for item not received as fundamentally you have not received the item you purchased. As they did not send it to the correct address they will not be able to provide PP the proof required.
Then if they ask you to forward the goods elsewhere, tell them to arrange it themselves.
This sort of thing makes such a mockery of the TRS ratings X-(
