Need to return some items
how do I do that
You liaise with the seller in the first instance. A lot of sellers will actually negotiate an outcome that leaves both parties happy (or, at least, less disgruntled).
If no joy, you open a relevant case with eBay.
What is the reason for the return?
Is it a change of mind return?, and if so, does the seller accept change of mind returns?
Or
Was the item damaged? or not what you ordered?
Did you buy as a guest?
