How to get 'Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter' shipping?

Im selling cubeez, or atleast trying to. On other listings (See here: Link ) all of them have a letter service by Australia Post, but I can't find it on my posting options.

Untracked letters only come up as an option under flat rate postage.
