I agree with what other members have said - it sound like it might have been a phishing email. The amount they allegedly withdrew ends with 87 cents, which sounds like something from overseas.

I hope you didn't click on any links. To me, it sounds like either a phishing email or your cc might have already been hacked because you clicked on some link in a previous phishing email. If someone else in your household has access to your eBay account or cc, it might also have been one of them, possibly buying something from overseas (considering the amount).

At any rate, we are just ordinary members here, so we cannot do anything in practical terms.

If I were you, I would check with your bank ASAP so that if your cc has been hacked they can cancel it.

I only made one purchase from smarty cash back.com last May.  If I remember correctly it was 19.00 us.   But they have been taking from my visa ,,every month.  I never noticed till now because my wife pays all the bills.   Please  advise. Thanks

You also need to wait more than 3 minutes before you expect an answer from other members, especially when the answer has already been given numerous times already. When you signed up YOU agreed to pay the monthly fee of $19 (the bit where you ticked that you had read and agreed to the terms of signing up) the $19 will be charged every month, until you cancel the subscription, as you agreed to and authorised

The $19 is not for a purchase, it is the monthly fee for  Smartycadhback

If the purchase you made months ago was $19, it was a coincidence. You don't pay them for purchases for starters. They give you rewards for purchases. The $19 dollars are the fee for the Plus subscription, which you can cancel after logging in to your account. The best way is probably to go to your menu and then delete your account, as some people claim their emails have gone unanswered.

I remain astonished at how many people just blithely give their card or bank account details in the hopes of a rather tiny amount, and to add to it, those same people apparently don't realise they've just subscribed to an ongoing "service", having missed or skipped over the T&Cs.

They don't read here, so they won't unsubscribe or refund you if you just post here. If you want to talk to eBay, start a live chat from the help page (during normal business hours). You should give them more details too so they understand what it is about.

Was this really on your credit care (sic) or did you get an email saying it was?

It is an amount of money scammers write in phishing emails

if it was a real amount shown on your real credit card statement, you need to report it to your bank and cancel your card

Nobody here can unsubscribe you from anything. We are other members, similar to yourself, and have no access to your account.

Did you buy something on eBay recently? Maybe for $67.87?

With Managed Payments, which every seller now has to use, the payment shows as to eBay, rather than the seller. It doesn't mean it's a fraudulent charge.
